How to Auto Populate Email Addresses in SquirrelMail
The first step to auto-populate email addresses in SquirrelMail is to empty your browser cache. Then, use Firefox to log into SquirrelMail. You should notice that the auto-complete facility is working! But you must be careful not to remove unnecessary script tags. The original file is not without these tags. So, if you notice any, remove them. After that, you should clear the cache and reopen SquirrelMail.
How to auto populate email addresses in squirrel mail
In order to set up an automatic email address auto filling feature in SquirrelMail, you need to change your browser settings to use the /script/ tag. In the /script/ tag, you can add or remove a new rule. You can then choose to display an auto complete message when someone logs in to SquirrelMail. Alternatively, you can select the /all/ option, in which case you will receive a message stating that the recipient has taken a vacation.
The best way to create a new signature is to go to Options in SquirrelMail and click on Personal Information. You can then insert your new signature by selecting the use signature checkbox. Then click the “Submit” button. Your new signature should now automatically appear at the end of every email you send. You can also choose to auto-populate email addresses based on the person you’re emailing.
Once you’ve done this, you can use the SquirrelMail interface to manage your contacts. The SquirrelMail interface has a website management panel to allow you to check your mail from anywhere. It stores data in IMAP and web storage, and it stores address books in simple text files. SquirrelMail is compatible with Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.
If you are having trouble filling in your SquirrelMail account, you can use the imap extension. You can import all your email addresses from the Imap server using your Firefox browser. Just remember to enable the cookies in your browser. Afterwards, you can log in to SquirrelMail using Firefox. You should notice that the auto-complete facility should work as it should.

In cPanel, you can also configure your default email address, email forwarders, and email forwarders. cPanel will even let you set up automatic email messages on your phone. This feature is great for people who use their smartphone and laptop.
