You will need a 2 liter soda bottle a small bowl wire wire cutters and a drill.
Make sure to cut the bottle in half lengthwise.
Next take the bowl and make a small hole in the bottom.
After that take the wire and make a loop.
Put the loop around the bottle top and twist it to secure it.
Now take the other end of the wire and make a small hook.
Take the drill and make a small hole in the side of the bottle.
Finally put some food in the bowl and screw on the bottle top.
