Where is the Owl and Squirrel in a AJ Journey Book?
If you’ve ever been on the hunt for a great horned owl and squirrel in Animal Jam, you’re not alone. The owl and squirrel are not the only critters in the game! There are seven Alphas in the game, and each of them watches over Jamaa. Here’s a look at what they do and where they appear.

Rennie the Great horned owl
In this Aj Journey book, young readers are introduced to Rennie, a great horned owl. He is an injured baby owl who gets separated from his mother, and he ends up living with his aunt. His aunt is a falconer, so she agrees to help her niece catch an injured passenger hawk. As the two birds bond over their shared love of flying things, they learn about each other’s needs.
In the story, Rennie helps a young girl, Maureen, learns how to care for animals and helps them find their way through life. In her search for him, she meets Rufus and his family, and they are reunited in the end. The two are soon best friends, and Rennie is introduced to more children as they make new friends at school.
Falconer
Where are squirrel and owl in a AJ Journey book? The answer will surprise you. The squirrel is actually the first animal that A.J. sees, while the owl is the second. The book also features an orphan great horned owl named Rufus, who has never been on a hunt. Eventually, he ends up as an orphan, sent to live with his aunt, a falconer. Fortunately, Rennie (a fellow student) is willing to take him in exchange for helping her catch an injured passenger hawk. In return, Rufus falls for Rennie, and eventually the two become inseparable friends.
Sea otter
The adorably awkward and curious sea otter Oliver is teased for being too cautious and reluctant to explore new places. After swimming out to Puget Sound, he discovers a mysterious oil spill. He ends up trapped and surrounded by other creatures, including a squirrel and a gang of red squirrels. The dachshund Franklin, meanwhile, runs away to chase the squirrel, only to be evicted from his home by an angry red squirrel gang. The otter’s mother, Lucy, is a marine biologist and works for a nonprofit that helps endangered wildlife.
Dachshund
The Dachshund, owl and squirrel in AJ Journey book is a great book for beginning readers, but it is not a picture book. The owl, squirrel and dachshund are not the only animals in this book. The book also features a monkey, Zios, who is a very small, moving figure in a faraway mountain. In the bottom left corner, he is climbing bamboo.
Sea otter’s stepsister
In “Sea otter’s stepsister” by AJ Journey, Karana is a young girl from a small island in the Pacific. Her tribe hunts sea-life to survive on their island. When the Aleuts lead by a Russian furrier try to cheat them by hunting sea-otters near extinction, Karana decides to help them save the ocean.
